Delete your account

This covers the Network Service Android app and our customer portal at https://shop.networkservice.in — they share one account.

• Email support@networkservice.in from the email address on your account, or
• Message +91 88769 96996 on WhatsApp from the mobile number on your account.

Write "Delete my account" and your name. We may ask you to confirm with a one-time code so nobody else can close your account.

Within 30 days of confirming your request we close your account and delete your sign-in details, saved addresses, wishlist, cart, notification settings and marketing preferences.

Reward points and unused gift card balance on the account lapse when it is closed, so please use them first.

Indian tax law requires us to keep GST invoices and the related order and payment records for eight financial years. We keep only those records, only for that purpose, and delete them when the period ends.

Repair and warranty records are kept until the warranty ends, so we can still honour a claim on a product you bought.

You can also ask us to delete part of your data — for example your saved addresses or your Google sign-in link — without closing the account. Write to support@networkservice.in with what you want removed.
